Aerial Fitness to host a United Blood Services Community Blood Drive at City Athletic Club to Honor Mr. Terry Toguchi’s 142 Lifetime Blood Donations

WHAT: Community Blood Drive at City Athletic Club on West Sahara hosted by Aerial Fitness in Loving Memory of Mr. Terry Toguchi,

Hawaii’s Blood Bank Wall of Fame Inductee for reaching 142 lifetime blood donations. All donors will receive a voucher good for a “2 for 1” All-Day Ride Pass to the Adventuredome Theme Park at Circus-Circus Hotel & Casino and a voucher for a complimentary Large One (1) Topping Pizza from Papa Murphy’s participating locations, a Free One-Day Pass courtesy of City Athletic Club, Free Gourmet Frozen Yogurt from Yumz, and Aerial Fitness will provide fun and free entertainment throughout the day.

WHY: Ms. Kristi Toguchi is hoping to raise awareness and support the summer blood needs in the valley by hosting a Community Blood Drive in Loving Memory of her father, Mr. Terry Toguchi, whom during his lifetime made 142 lifesaving blood donations. Mr. Toguchi was inducted into the Hawaii’s Blood Bank Wall of Fame for his generous contributions. Join the lifesaving efforts and help support a safe and ample supply of blood products for our valley.

As Southern Nevada’s community blood provider, United Blood Services relies on blood donations to make sure blood is readily available for anyone in need. UBS currently has a need for ALL blood types, especially O-Negative blood. O-Negative is the universal blood type and the only type that can be transfused to patients with different blood types.
